PayPal

PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions.

Direct Deposit

If you prefer, you can place money directly into the Busy Baby bank account via direct deposit.

Note: when making payments by direct deposit, please enter your order number as a reference or your order may be delayed while we match the payment. Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Orders for which payment has not been received within seven days will be cancelled.

Busy Baby Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within New Zealand:

There is a shipping charge of NZD$5 to all orders below $100. For orders of or above $100, shipping within New Zealand is FREE.

International Shipping:

Costs will vary depending on which country your order will be shipped to.

Customs/Duty for Overseas Orders:

Most countries have import duty and other taxes on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately Busy Baby is not able to estimate what these charges might be.

For orders being delivered overseas, you are not liable to pay the local Goods and Services Tax (GST) and this will be deducted from your order.

For UK customers, choosing the Royal Mail Signed For guarantees that no VAT or Duty will be paid on entry to the UK.

Availability:

Busy Baby carries a large amount of stock but as we are reliant on our suppliers for replenishment there may be a short delay for despatch.

When stock is available orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched on the next working day.  If stock is low, not available or for orders outside of New Zealand please allow 21 days for delivery.

 Busy Baby Terms of Trade and return policy

30 Day No Quibble Returns Policy:

Busy Baby offers customers a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us, including sale items. Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 30 day refund or exchange policy (from date of despatch).

Free Delivery On Exchanges:

Busy Baby will cover any standard delivery charges worldwide for exchanged items, any number of times up to 30 days after the original despatch date of the order. We reserve the right to charge the applicable fee where new items are added that constitute a new order.

Conditions:

No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded) such as boxes.

Any delivery costs cannot be refunded, though we offer free delivery for exchanged items.

Gift boxes, wrapping and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke. Any items smelling strongly of perfume, deodorants or similar will also be refused.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy.  Busy Baby does not sell or distribute customer contact information unless otherwise required as a matter of law. Busy Baby may collect, retain and update personal information provided by you, in order to allocate customer loyalty benefits. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, you have the right to access, and to request correction or removal of any of your personal information. If you have any concerns about your privacy, please feel free to contact us.
